Do you have any advice for getting my hips up during high jump? It's the only thing keeping me from breaking my PR right now
Yes, in order for your body to feel comfortable in the arch position you need to have your head extended back. You should also be doing high hip thrusts and bridges. Good luck! I hope you PR soon :)
