I don’t think your coaches are going to kick you off of varsity just because of one bad day! Not to brag, but I’m one of my school’s top point scorers, and I have my bad days every once in a while, if my coach where to take me out of an upcoming meet because I had a bad day before, the team would be screwed. So don’t worry about that, just keep working hard and make up for what you did next time! good luck ! :)

1. Your mind in practice is more relaxed because you’re “practicing” so what you want to do is get rid of all the nerves and relax before you jump.

2. You may possibly just need to keep working on getting form down

3. Don’t expect everything to come easily just because you’re on varsity now. Keep training hard, learn to cope with your nerves, focus, and I wish you good luck! :)
